What do you need to watch astro in the car?

Actually there are a few options available based on your what you have at the moment and how much you willing to spend.

First scenario:

If you already have a spare decoder (non-byond), and you have Astro subscription at home. what you can do is just to purchase the Selfsat Portable Satellite Antenna, and install your spare decoder (you require an Inverter DC-AC). So everytime when you go out on your car, you just have to bring your smart card with you, and slot it in your car Astro system to enjoy Astro on your car just like your home.

*This only work for non-byong customer, as byond smartcard has been locked to the designated byond decoder.

Second scenario:

If you want to have a separate subscription, then you can subscribe through Astro. When you receive the decoder and smart card. You then only require to purchase the Selfsat Portable Satellite Antenna, then you have astro in car. With the new byond box, you can opt not to have the inverter, as the byond decoder itself is running DC (your technician required to remove the inverter at the byond power cord).
